Privacy Policy

This website and our services are operated by Titus Digital Services ("TDS," "Tutoring from TDS," "we"). If you have questions about this policy, contact Brad Titus at brad@titusdigital.net.

Information we collect

When you contact us or apply: name, email address, phone number, and anything you include in your message or application.

For tutoring families: parent contact information; student name, grade level, and school (provided by the parent — portal accounts belong to parents, and we do not collect information directly from children); session records and the tutor's session notes; invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.

Parent portal sign-in: when you connect with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name and verified email address from that provider. We set a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We never store passwords.

Website analytics: our site platform collects standard analytics such as pages visited and device/browser information.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, share session notes with parents, generate invoices, process payments, and communicate about our services. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Our service providers, only as needed to operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting platforms (Squarespace, Vercel, Neon). We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, for any reason.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to parents and guardians. Student information is provided by the parent during enrollment. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you or your family, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing brad@titusdigital.net. Billing records may be retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Security and retention

Portal access is invite-only, connections are encrypted in transit, and sign-in is via Google, Facebook, or Apple — no passwords to steal. We keep records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and business records.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll notify clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
