Terms of Service
Effective October 2026
This website and our services are operated by Titus Digital Services ("TDS," "Tutoring from TDS," "we"). By using this site, registering for the parent portal, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
TDS provides proofreading, technical writing, software solutions, and one-on-one academic tutoring. The parent portal is a companion to tutoring services, letting enrolled families review sessions, read session notes, view invoices, and manage payment methods.
Accounts
Portal access is by invitation only. When accepted, you receive a personal registration link; only the invited email address can register. You sign in with your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. You are responsible for activity under your account — if you believe it has been compromised, contact brad@titusdigital.net immediately.
Billing
Tutoring is billed in arrears — after sessions are held — at the current per-session rate. Families choose one billing cadence in the parent portal: monthly on the 1st, where sessions held during a month are grouped into one invoice issued on the 1st of the following month and charged automatically to the card on file with Stripe; or after each session, where each session is invoiced and charged to the card on file with Stripe when it happens. Cards are entered on Stripe’s secure hosted page and stored by Stripe — they are not stored on this website or in the parent portal, and we never see full card numbers. Late-cancellation and no-show fees are invoiced and charged the same way under the selected cadence. If a family switches from monthly to after-each-session billing, sessions already held but not yet invoiced are billed immediately as a single catch-up invoice after the family acknowledges the exact total in the portal. Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are not charged and may be rescheduled; cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are charged in full. Sessions cancelled by the tutor, library closures, and school-weather cancellations are never charged and may be made up. Accounts more than seven days past due may have their standing slot released. Other services are billed per their individual agreements.
Acceptable use
Use the site and portal only for their intended purposes. Do not attempt to access other clients' information, interfere with operation of the site, or misrepresent your identity.
Termination
Either party may end a service relationship with written notice. We may suspend or terminate portal access for violation of these terms or past-due accounts as described above. Prepaid amounts for services not yet delivered are refunded or credited on termination.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Changes
Material changes will be communicated to clients by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
